Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week starting in January, this will be a day shift position.
The qualified candidate will fulfill a co-op opportunity in one of the following areas: Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, Manufacturing Science &Technology, Quality, or Engineering.
This Co-Op opportunity provides the student with experience in several areas, with opportunities to work on cross functional projects and initiatives such as R&D, MS&T, Operations, and Quality in launching women’s hormonal products improving patient’s health.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Co-op will improves safety culture and implements plans and programs that strives to achieve zero incidents, zero injuries and zero environmental releases. Develop and execute of EHS management system standards, plans and programs. Provides risk assessments for processes and activities. Assist with Industrial Hygiene assessments Implements occupational safety requirements i.e. lockout tag out, machine guarding. Will promote a learning environment with focus on continuous improvement using tools from Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma to deliver better business outcomes and safer and more compliant routines within the production department.
This is a full- time Co-Op position. Housing subsidy is not provided as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.
