Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Engineering Recruiting Specialist in St Louis, MO!
Pay rate: $28.82/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Friday 8a-5p
Length: Two (2) months with possibility of extension

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
Screens potential contingent worker candidates to ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager
Responsible for reviewing resumes, setting up and conducting phone interviews, providing feedback to suppliers
Selecting and proposing best qualified candidates for hiring manager interviews
Managing and administrating the screening process in Nestlé’s VMS system
Updating Specialists on progress, challenges, and issues as they come up
Education/Certification Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Experience requirements:
3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
MUST have experience with recruiting Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering positions (non-IT)
Experience with using a vendor management solution (preferably SAP Fieldglass)
Experience with a large corporation preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus
Detail oriented
Strong collaboration and time management skills
Note:
This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around St. Louis, MO
