ERP Professional Services Manager

Title: Director or Manager (Depending on experience), ERP Professional Services

Location: You can work fully remote (with 5-30% travel to client sites)

Skills: 4+ yrs ERP professional services, 1+ years leading a team

Compensation: Base up to 150k + bonus.  Total comp around 175-200k + full benefits (see below)

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Acumatica Program Director, the Director of Professional Services will play a pivotal role in a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization. Collaborating with a highly motivated team including sales, solution architects, consultants, technical specialists, and programmers, you will lead the services implementation and support of our Acumatica customer base.

As the Director of Professional Services, you will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of the Professional Services department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and value to clients while achieving business objectives and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include Strategic Leadership, Team Management, Client Engagement, Project Oversight, Service Delivery Excellence, Cross Functional Collaboration, Revenue Generation, Thought Leadership, Financial Management, Compliance & QA, Executive Reporting, Customer Advocacy and may extend to participating in presales activities, guiding team allocations, and crafting customer proposals and estimates to support sales endeavors.

What You Need For The Position

• 4+ years in Professional Services
• Strong experience implementing ERPs, preferably to Manufacturing and/or Distribution clients
• At least 1-2 years or more of leading Professional Services teams
