Field Service Technician

Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Field Service Technician in the San Jose, CA area.

Required travel up to 75% or more. Company service vehicle and tool inventory provided.

Essential Functions:

• Perform planned and emergency service to Mobile Medical units within a specified territory
• Service HVAC units, chillers, generators and hydraulic patient lifts
• Exterior trailer washing, repairs, and maintenance
• DOT Inspections and repairs as necessary
• Management of vendors and vendor communication
• Documentation of all repair and maintenance activities
• Participation on weekly and daily meetings via conference calls

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Strong computer skills required
• Knowledge of power generation, electrical and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and EPA Certification strongly preferred
• Clean driving record and personal insurance is required.

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000/yr. to $90,000/yr. , however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
