Field Technician . As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues both remotely and on-site, under the guidance of the Dispatcher. Your role will involve efficiently resolving technical problems, maintaining exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with team members. This is a full time and fully onsite opportunity located in Lockport, IL.
Field Technician Responsibilities: - Conducting scheduled appointments at client sites
- Providing remote assistance for technical issues
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve tickets
Field Technician Requirements: - 1+ year in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) or corporate IT environment
- Proficiency in various IT areas including PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software and devices for layers 1, 2 and 3
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is a plus
- Applicants must reside near Lockport, IL, to work from their office
