Responsibilities:

• Visit homes or job sites to assess installation requirements for various HVAC equipment.
• Review blueprints, codes, and manuals to ensure compliance with installation specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule installations and ensure timely completion.
• Direct and supervise installation teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Install, assemble, and test HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complications that arise during the installation process.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify the functionality and safety of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and job progress for reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for installation teams and occupants.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Must be coachable, hungry to learn, self-driven, and mechanically inclined
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Clean cut and presentable to work in customer homes
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Understanding of principles of heating and air conditioning systems
• Has a good background in reading schematics and work plans
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
