Job Description: As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical maintenance tasks to ensure our machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components and systems, including motors, conveyors, controls, and sensors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Install, replace, or upgrade electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic, and line assemblies.
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve electrical issues, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and minimize impact on production.
• Document maintenance and repair work, keeping clear and accurate records of activities and equipment status.
• Stay current with advancements in electrical technology and best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and drives.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Proficient in using electrical testing and repair equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid electrician's license in the state of Washington is preferred.
