Job Description: As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic components. You will work closely with the Injection Mold Technician and other team members to meet production goals and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate injection molding machines according to established procedures and production schedules.
2. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.
3. Perform basic maintenance tasks on injection molding machines, such as cleaning and lubricating components.
4. Inspect finished products for quality defects and take corrective actions as needed.
5. Assist in mold changes and setups under the guidance of the Injection Mold Technician.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
3. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Pay Range: $18-25/hr

Shift: First shift opportunity from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
