What a typical day in the Lamination Department might look like:

• Manufacture molds that will be used to form composite parts following Standard Work Instructions and production schedules
• Perform light hand sanding, and removing excess plaster, label parts, and staging finished plasters. 
• Preparing molds for curing process, light hand sanding, and removing excess plaster from mold and floor.
• Pour liquid plaster into mandrels to form molds according to Standard Work Instructions.

• Ability to work 1st shift 4 days 10-hour days
