Machine Technician

CorDx is a leading biotechnology company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative diagnostic solutions. We are seeking an experienced Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with various injection molding machine models and a solid understanding of plastic product production processes. This role requires a proactive, independent professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding machines and molds.

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on molds and machinery.

• Follow production processes and quality standards to ensure high-quality output.

• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and solve technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (major not specified).
• Familiarity with injection molding machine models such as Haitian, Tongtian, and Guangsu.

• More than three years of experience in debugging injection molding machines and familiarity with plastic product production processes.

• Proficiency in mold installation and removal procedures.

• Skills in machine adjustment and capabilities in mold maintenance and repair.

• No color blindness.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Candidates with industry experience are preferred.

• Rational logical thinking and a strong sense of data.
