Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Clean, replace or install parts to ensure smooth operation of machinery

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance as well as emergency breakdown repairs

• Perform basic troubleshooting on various types of manufacturing equipment

• Work with/coordinate outside contractors

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Assist in continual shop improvement and housekeeping

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical or electrical background

• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

• Must have own tools

• Must be able to work in a fast pace, ever changing work environment

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the company

• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand for more than 4 hours at a time

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse environment
