• Innovate and improve production tools, fixtures, and processes • Lead the implementation of manufacturing and testing processes • Be the technical backbone for production and quality teams • Develop, document, and refine process flows and work instructions • Spearhead a robust preventative maintenance program • Influence production strategies through effective space planning
Requirements
• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role • Particularly in an electro-mechanical assembly/test environment
