Manufacturing Line Leader

Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Line Leaders at a local client in Mechanic Falls, ME. Manufacturing Line Leaders do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $22.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assist supervisors in directing staff members in the Production Department with a focus on coaching and communication. You will carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  These responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems, and other duties as assigned.  Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• 3+ year’s related experience 

• Computer skills related to using Microsoft Office products 

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions for use in practical situations 

• Ability to effectively train, assign and monitor tasks 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
