Manufacturing Manager

Job Title: Manufacturing Manager Team/Department: Engineering/Manufacturing Location: Clearwater, FL Hours: Full-time Employment Type: Direct Hire Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operations of manufacturing department.
• Supervise and manage production staff.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans.
• Monitor quality control standards.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Must have experience with custom, MTO manufacturing equipment
• Must have background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Experience in CUSTOM manufacturing equipment - Automation Equipment, PCB's, semiconductor, electroplating, chemical, finishing equipment, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
