Manufacturing Sales Engineer

An Established Automation Machinery Manufacturing firm are looking for a Manufacturing Sales Engineer The firm is a leading designer and manufacturer of tailored inline process spectrometers (UV-VIS-NIR, LIBS and Raman) across a wide spectrum of major industries and contract manufacturer for photonics devices in the life sciences, medical devices, and lab analyzer instrumentation space. The Manufacturing Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in the sales of the firms tailored inline process spectrometers (UV-VIS-NIR, LIBS and Raman). The foundation for their contract manufacturing services originates from a team of renowned Applications, Engineering, and Manufacturing professionals with deep and rich expertise in the design, engineering, and high volume production of complex opto-electronics devices, sensors, electronics, firmware and software of OEM spectroscopy and analytical instrumentation. Qualification:

• BSc or MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering. Specialized in production/manufacturing engineering.
• Deep proficiency and 5-10 years hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Knows about norms and directives in the medical devices space (TQM system and ISO13485, FDA registration, clean room protocols, etc.) .
• Business acumen, talent and drive to build up a whole new business division. Coming up with a smart, non-standard business acquisition approach. Ability to work independently.
• Strong Business Development and presentation skills.
• Well-connected in the industry.

Compensation: Up to 120k Base (Could go higher for the right person) + Bonus agreement based on objectives and KPIs (funnel build, funnel conversion, revenue/GP, etc.) + Full Benefits.
