You are a great fit for this role, if:

• You have a track record of managing multi-site regulated medical device manufacturing operations  for a multinational medical company with a minimum of $100M product volume
• You have ten years of senior management level and P&L experience
• You have experience with high-tech electromechanical medical device products (mandatory)
• You have experience implementing lean principles in a regulated manufacturing plant environment
• You are a natural leader and can work with autonomy

What will you do in this role?

• Strategize manufacturing for the site, which supports 3 worldwide manufacturing divisions for medical products
• Lead over 200 technical staff and hourly employees with revenue of $800M
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement
• Regulate and implement Quality and HSE Policies and Systems
• Meet current and projected manufacturing demand of the site, c ost effectively
• Maintain customer service standards and agreements
• Further opportunities for optimization of the site by developing skills base
