Manufacturing Supervisor

Our Virginia Beach, Virginia client is looking at add multiple Manufacturing Supervisors to their leadership team. Opportunities exist for both first and second shift. The right candidates will have had team lead or other supervisory experience and are looking to make the jump in a new leadership role. 

You will be responsible for scheduling, training, reviewing and providing continual feedback to ensure a safe and successful work environment. 

You will be tasked with providing materials lists and cost outs for each project. 

Writing performance reviews and maintaining documentation will be part of your task. You should have prior manufacturing experience, so you can establish that "been there, done that" leadership credibility.
