The Manufacturing Supervisor is critical for influencing and motivating your team to tackle new challenges and realize their full potential, ultimately facilitating a positive and engaging work environment. This individual will lead and develop team members and use cross-functional relationships to realize department objectives in alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate demonstrates efficiency, contagious optimism, and a “can do” demeanor. They lead by example and hold themselves and others accountable while maintaining productive and professional relationships within the team. They must be compassionate and open and maintain a consistent level of energy and passion. The candidate must also be strategic, astute, and forward-thinking, as well as inspiring, empowering, and collaborating with others. The role is responsible for leading the Packaging and Labeling Team and systems/processes with responsibilities for safety, quality, compliance, cost, and human resources.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $75,000.00–$112,500.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
