Mold Setter

Pay starting at $15.00-$20.00 per hour! This Mold Setter job will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable experience in a state-of-the-art production facility.

Primary responsibilities for Mold Setters include:

·         Setup molds per manufacturing requirements

·         Load Material/Clean Hoppers

·         Check parts for dimension and finish using precision measuring instruments, make final adjustments, and submit parts to first piece inspection for approval before turning machine over to operator

·         Perform minor repairs on setup as directed

·         Mount and clamp tools in machine

·         Operate machines or perform other related work as requested by leader

·         Works with Maintenance Technicians to assure maximum machine up-time and repair/avoid any machine related downtime issues

·         Work in tandem with peers to achieve SMED setup time reductions

·         Keep work area equipment clean and in proper working condition

·         Performs all other tasks assigned by team leader as necessary
