Job Description - Operations Manager

Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with an industrial manufacturer located in the San Fernando Valley area
Our client is hiring an Operations Manager with demonstrated experience in a HMLV environment, with strong attention to SOP creation, process improvement, demonstrated experience with ERP system implementation/integration, and six sigma certified
This is a pivotal time to join our clients' organization as they are experiencing growth and expansion This role is direct hire, offers a full-time schedule and is onsite 5/days per week with out-of-state relocation possibility in the next couple of years Duties and Responsibility:
Manage operations across several locations with cross functional (international) interaction and planning
Develop customized manufacturing workflows
NPI oversight
Continual process improvement focused
Strategic planning
Manage operational budget
Create and implement KPI/Metrics and dashboards

Requirements:
10+ years of operations leadership experience
ERP systems experienced
Advanced Excel knowledge for reporting and analysis
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
