Responsible for packing finished pouched materials and assisting with the preparation, production and packaging of materials. Maintain equipment and manufacturing cleanliness.

• Assisting with the screening, blending and packaging of a variety of amino acids, vitamins and minerals, including those which are allergenic, herbals and protein.
• Responsible to follow the procedures for the packaging of pouches.
• Proper cleaning of manufacturing equipment and production floor as well as assisting with routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment as requested by the Operator and or the Supervisor.
• Operation of equipment (product feed, packaging machine, sachet knife machine, cartoner machine, x-ray equipment, packaging machine, metal detection equipment, case taper, case coder, checkweigher set up, conveyor adjustment, inkjet coder, label machine) to include;  prep, clean, operate, as well as performing minor repairs.
• Understand how to use the weigh scales and checkweigher properly.
• Responsible for filling out paper reports correctly and clearly.
• Possess knowledge of batch recording and material handling procedures.
• Ability to verify the accuracy of materials and procedures used in the manufacturing of finished goods.
• Be able to perform all tasks on the line in a proper and efficient manner.
• Move material using pallet jacks and or forklifts.
