What’s a typical day as a payroll manager? You’ll be:
Managing a team of 3+ payroll specialists
Processing weekly multi-state, in-house payroll for 900+ employees
Making timely payroll deposits to the bank and benefits providers
Submitting certified payroll for each project weekly and ensuring that all classifications are paid at the correct rate for either State or Federally fund projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education and Work Experience)
High school diploma or GED required
A minimum of five (5) years of experience within payroll
A minimum of two (2) years management experience managing 2 or more direct reports
Experience in high volume environment (900+ employees to be paid weekly in multiple states)
Certified payroll experience is required
Construction or Manufacturing Industry experience is a plus
Bilingual Spanish/English capability is a plus
