Product Engineering Manager

Product Engineering Manager – Industrial Manufacturing – Base Salary to 125k/year – Lebanon, TN

• Our client, a global leader in water technologies & specializing in manufacturing water heating and water treatment products is seeking Product Engineering Manager to provide reliability and direction to the team for a specific project or product.
• In this role , the Product Engineering Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the reliability program from start to finish and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight of all reliability related activities
• New product introductions & supporting existing products: water heaters, tankless products, water filtration systems, etc.
• Develop test plans, oversees failure analysis & warranty data analysis
• Coordinates Engineering support relative to field issues
• Manages a team of 5-8 direct reports- Conduct performance reviews, provide timely feedback and Coach & Mentor Engineers
• Identifies Projects of value to the company and establishes technical requirements, objectives for timing, resources and funding requirements
• Manage budget & timeline and ensure project goals are met
• Conduct regular status meetings and keep the team informed of changes, status, and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Engineering or Industrial Technology
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in Industrial Manufacturing- Preferably with Heat Pumps, HVAC, Water Heaters, Heat Transfer or Water Filtration
• 4+ Years of Supervisory/Leadership experience
• 10+ Years of Product Engineering experience
• Strong Analytical Skills in reviewing costs and preparing budget reports
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Ability to travel.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 125k/year + bonus. Our client also offers competitive health and life benefits & 401k. Relocation assistance is available.
