Ideally looking for someone that has pillow manufacturing expertise or home fashions. BS Degree and 5+ years in a leadership role (production manager/shift manager) or HS Degree and 7+ years. 

7+ years of apparel/home fashion cut/sew experience

7+ years of experience with Home Fashion Operations

Ability to oversee and troubleshoot textile equipment
