The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in Production Supervision and experience in Manufacturing, PLC, Robotics, Industrial, Production, Plant, Mechanical, Distribution, Construction, Automotive, Food and Operations Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising shifts, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality of products.

Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising shifts, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality of products. The Production Supervisor will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish. The Production Supervisor will also be tasked with developing and implementing production plans, resolving production problems, and providing training and guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process from start to finish.
• Develop and implement production plans.
• Manage and supervise shifts and staff.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve production problems as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Manage inventory and resources.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Production Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Production Supervision.
• Experience in Manufacturing, PLC, Robotics, Industrial, Production, Plant, Mechanical, Distribution, Construction, Automotive, Food and Operations Supervisor.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and resources.
