Appleton manufacturer is looking to add to their first and second shift production team! This DIRECT HIRE position will offer the chance to get your foot in the door with a growing, desirable Appleton manufacturer.

Position –  Production worker

Job Location –  Appleton, WI

Starting Date –  ASAP

Employment Term –  Direct Hire

Employment Type –  Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shifts are available

Starting Pay – $19/hr

Benefits –  Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education –  High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –  Some manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

As a production worker you will be working in the plant helping with the machine operators to set up and packaging finished product.

Responsibilities

- Help operator set up and run machine and then inspect and package the finished product

- Material handling of finished pallets

- Process/pick customer orders

Qualifications 

- Must have strong basic math skills

- Ability to read a ruler is needed

- Ability to use hand tools is also required
