Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Seeking diligent Production Operators for 1st/2nd Swing shifts (7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm) across multiple production areas including Grinding, Extrusion, and others. Responsibilities include operating production assets safely, performing maintenance, collecting process data, and reporting any safety or quality issues. Successful candidates will meet production targets while adhering to quality standards, participate in Continuous Improvement activities, and promote compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

1st/2nd Swing shifts in a climate-controlled facility. Team-based setting with approximately 5 members per section. Work involves older machinery and some exposure to dust, but overall maintains a clean environment.
