Job Description - Receiving Center -Quality Supervisor

The Receiving Center Quality Supervisor will be accountable for leading and supervising a team while setting direction of the Quality department and deploying resources to ensure the team is meeting the quality and efficiency standards and achieving overall success. We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual who understands quality management programs and processes.

 

This position is located in Lebanon, IN and is a full time, 1st shift opportunity.

 

  • Leads a quality team of up to 15 members
  • Develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus on quality improvement.
  • Provides support on packaging initiatives and issues
  • Coordinates with vendors on rework and suppliers on quality and packaging issues
  • Conducts nondestructive examination (NDE) and quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.
  • Brings together and analyzes statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards.
  • Other duties as required by the business.

The annual salary for this role is $61,125 - $89,650 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, distribution, and/or warehouse environment; OR
  • Associates degree and at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in above setting; OR
  • HS Diploma and at least five (5) years of supervisory experience in above setting.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience involved in quality and/or inventory control processes.
