Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a sharp Sales Coordinator who is also good with numbers. This Sales Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to our customers as well as handle all invoices. We offer a stable environment with opportunities for growth since we're expanding! Responsibilities:
• Prepare orders from beginning to end, including creating purchasing orders, communicating with vendors and processing receipt of equipment
• Process billing by reviewing proper amounts, account numbers and send out payments. Reconcile any payment questions or concerns
• Match POs with vendor invoices to ensure pricing is correct, closing customer invoices
• Work closely with the remote sales team to process orders, invoices and handle sales requests
• Follow up with vendors who have not received an invoice, request discount reimbursements from factory, and calculating correct percentages Qualifications:
* 3+ years of office, order processing, or customer service experience required. Accounting experience highly preferred
* Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish a plus
* Manufacturing experience highly preferred
* Detail oriented, good with numbers
