Great Pay UP to $58,240 Immediate need for a Professional Customer Service Rep with a growing Electronics company in the South Bay Area. Job Description: Responsible for booking and processing of sales orders received from customers and sales staff via phone, mail or direct contact and insuring customers receive top notch sales service. RESPONSIBILITIES
-Gathers all pertinent data such as ship to, bill to, quantity, delivery and routing required. -Prepares responses to requests for quotations using standard price and delivery terms.
-Data Entry of sales orders for processing and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
-Informs customer of shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
-Tracks shipments when necessary and expedites through proper channels.
-Completes and maintains associated records, files, documents and logs such as sales order log, customer numbers.
-Coordinates with customer regarding order status, ship dates price quotes, availability, back orders and placing sales orders.
-Contacts other company departments (i.e. production, engineering purchasing or shipping) to coordinate and resolve customer order problems.
-Receives and checks customer complaints and informs proper departments of customer complaint or changes in orders.
-May meet with customers either on-site or off-site on occasion.
-Prepares various sales reports and recaps of shipments, bookings, backlogs and related sales activities. Skills and Experience:
-2-3+ years of experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support role
-Previous experience with Electronic components is a plus
-Proficient with CRM system
-Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
