Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

Immediately hiring a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for a large manufacturing company in CONVERSE . Pay is $17/hr. Shift is M-F 6 am-5 pm.

Duties & Requirements:

• Receive, inspect, and record shipments from suppliers
• Verify contents of received packages against packing lists
• Organize and store received items in designated warehouse locations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Perform order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Applies wrapping, labels, and identifications as required
• Records shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes
• Uses carrier websites to arrange for pickup and/or delivery of product
• Prior experience (min 3 yrs.) in shipping and receiving
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory purposes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work as scheduled, with a team as well as independently
