RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Quality Notifications Coordinator is responsible for administering all aspects of the Quality Notification process, including, but not limited to: data entry and analysis, report generation and final disposition recommendation of affected materials. Incumbent will work with the MLC operations teams, plant quality teams & internal/external vendors to identify, destroy, and/or correct defective materials/products and proactively develop standards to avoid those identified & other potential problems in the future. Weekend & overtime work is required as necessary.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

1. Acceptable attendance required.
2. Meets standards in overall performance rating in most recent performance review.
3. One year Quality Assurance experience. Working knowledge of the product scope at MLC & the Quality Notification process required.
4. Excellent written & oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
5. Proven analytical skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues with internal & external vendors.
6. Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision.
7. Excellent Organizational Skills
8. Computer experience, including familiarity of MS software applications required. Strong working knowledge of SAP required.
9. Strong interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to maintain confidential information.
11. Excellent problem solving and problem analysis skills required.

 

NOTE: First consideration will be given to employees who have been displaced from their jobs for positions with the same grade or lower.
