Structural steel

Description: Company that manufactures, delivers, and installs quality stairs, handrails, sculptures, and more! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming structural drawings and models into production drawings.

• Leads modeling process; takes models and cuts into traditional drafting views; uses appropriate dimensions to create bill of material; processes individual part drawings.
• Reads architectural drawings and compares to models.
• Makes designs using computer-aided drafting systems to prepare drawings and designs.
• Uses required drafting and mechanical drawing skills, and knowledge of computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
• Manages files and organizes project files.
• Updates drawings per direction efficiently.
• Builds files for CNC plant equipment.
• Assures most efficient use of resources as you build the CNC Files
• Acts as a backup for the Primary CNC programmer.
• Other duties as required.
