Base Pay Range: $91,700.00 - $155,900.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA KLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits identified below. Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Join the Digital Twin team and build transformational digital product for KLA. You will be joining as both people leader and contributor, and lead the team to successful implementation of data system product suitable for business need and business timeline. You will be operating a team based in North America, while interfacing globally.

This is a technical and leadership hybrid role with managerial oversight responsibility. You will be leading the team to successful implementation of product life cycle management system. Main responsibility is to drive program deliverables throughout different phases of development life cycle. You will be overseeing development effort, timeline of all projects and timely delivery of program deliverable.

Job Scope and Complexity:

  • Leads Reliability block model life cycle program with aligned program mission and vision
  • Translate business needs into team and project objectives. Ensure execution aligns with business needs.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior management on progress toward meeting business goals
  • Responsible to review business requirement document and feature requirement specifications documents, and make final technical decisions if necessary
  • Detailed architecture, product roadmap, cost and schedule estimation, specification negotiation, and risk assessments for programs
  • Motivate and/or provide guidance to team member to reach business needs and program goals.
  • Proactive mitigation of program and technical risks
  • Travel 15% domestic and international

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and related work experience of 7 years; Master’s preferred with related work experience of 5 years; Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 3 years related work experience.
  • Strong personnel and project management skills. 2+ years of managerial experience and 8 years of technical experience.
  • Experience with SQL query, PBI, Python
  • Strong understanding of reliability modelling and data analytics/statistics.
  • Experience in matrix organization.
  • Experience in Product Life Cycle practice is a plus.
  • Experience in Digital Twins development is a plus
