Time for something new?Kelly ® Professional & Industrial is looking for Production Operators to work at one of our top automotive clients in Huntsville, Alabama . This is a great Temporary to Permanent opportunity. Our shifts are SRAIGHT DAYS or STRAIGHT NIGHTS! If you’re ready to make a change, we’re ready to help.

Pay:

• $17.00 per hour for days

• $19.00 per hour for nights

• $1.00 an hour pay increase at 6 month and 1 year anniversary

Shift:

• Days 5:50am to 6:00pm (2-2-3 rotation)

• Nights 5:50pm to 6:00am (2-2-3 rotation)

• Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend on this rotation

Benefits:

• 56 hours of vacation / paid time off after 90 days.

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Working on the production line

• Previous manufacturing, production line or related experience helpful

• Loading catalyst substrates on coating machines

• Physical demands may include lifting/carrying up to 50-75 lbs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Have 6 months of production/manufacturing or assembly experience (required)

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership

• Must be able to complete repetitive tasks throughout shift

• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. unassisted

• Promote a clean, safe, and productive work environment; perform general production and housekeeping duties associated with the manufacturing process

• Able to stand for entire 12 hour shift, while lifting and moving parts

• Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs

• Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues

• Work well within a team environment and with minimal supervision

• High School Diploma or GED required
