• Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Digital Officer and other members of the executive team, providing technical leadership and operational support for the company
• Define the company’s technology operations strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the support of all existing applications as well as the implementation and support of all infrastructure and security services, including hardware, software, networks, databases, and cyber defenses
• Partner with leaders to ensure the IT group is prepared to manage and support a complex, modern, cloud-based ERP platform
• Lead your team, the IT budget, and oversee relationships with all external vendors and service providers

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Ability to develop and implement complex, organizational transformations; experience with cloud-based technologies
• Ability to motivate seasoned technology professionals to adopt new ways of working
• Experience in implementing service delivery strategies and models; strong background in IT Service Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or similar; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years in leadership roles within the technology industry
