About the Role

As the Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator in our Rockville, Maryland facility, you will fulfill customer orders and update them on the status of their orders. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with inventory principles and practices, experienced with an inventory and order management system, and be able to operate a reach truck. 

In this customer-centric role, you will also:

• Process, package, and ship customer orders promptly and accurately
• Prepare accurate shipping documents for all shipments, both domestic and international
• Resolve issues with shipments or fulfillments to determine root cause and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences
• Review sales orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
• Communicate with carriers to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipment
• Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and enter into inventory
• Organize stock and maintain accurate count of inventory
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding status of their orders
• Assist in manufacturing and programming of some materials

About You

• 3+ years of proven warehouse experience
• Experience with inventory and order management within an ERP system, NetSuite a plus.
• Must be able to work second shift (3pm-11:30pm)
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
• Current certification for operation of a reach truck or the ability to obtain certification
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office/G Suite and be familiar with carrier specific software/interfaces.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s/associate degree is preferred
