About this position: 

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Account Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in software sales, strong knowledge of pipeline management, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.  

 

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (USD Annually) 

  • The salary range will be based on your experience and cost of living.  Other Bonuses 

  • We offer additional bonuses for each positive customer survey and sometimes do one-off company-wide bonuses.  Benefits:

Responsibilities: 

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored experiences to exceed expectations. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. 

  • Support customer related go-to-market campaigns 

  • Utilize the CRM to create quotes and invoices to send to customers. 

  • Record welcome videos to send to new customers. 

  • Understand the customer acquisition process and utilize dashboards to follow up with leads. 

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM. 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat. 

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, its features, and usage. 

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or specialist when necessary. 

  • Work closely with the technical support, sales, and product development teams to resolve customer issues. 

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and service procedures. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption, retention, and expansion within assigned accounts. 

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their usage patterns, identify opportunities for optimization, and address any issues or concerns. 

  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide proactive guidance and support to clients. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process optimization, product enhancements, and service innovation to better meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive long-term success. 

  • Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5+ years experience  

  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Proven ability to maintain multiple assignments while maintaining sharp attention to detail. 

  • Work well with a team while in a fully remote environment. 

  • Ability to be flexible in a startup culture.
