Looking for your next job?We are hiring an Account Manager for our client in Chicago, IL. MUST BE LOCATED IN THE MIDWEST.
Pay : $25-$29/hr
Location : Chicago, IL or Midwest (IL, WI, IA, MN, MO)
Position Type: Temp (1 year), potential temp to hire
Responsibilities
Manage the strategy, roll-out, benchmarking, and timeline of client card adoption
Provide customized training and marketing materials to customers as needed
Travel to customer locations to provide in-person training and support on effectively using the paycard
Contact and follow-up with all new customers for paycard training needs
Attend sales presentations as needed to explain the resources offered by the Field Support Team
Manage a territory of clients in which monthly contact at minimum is essential for continued support of the program
Lead the major new accounts of the company to efficiently roll out a paycard program and/or transition paycard program for them
Attend trade shows representing the company and discussing paycard benefits to prospective customers and complete quality checks with current customers
Conduct Wisely Quality Reviews with major customers to review the results of the paycard program and how we have met and/or exceeded their expectations
Meet annual Key Performance Indicators essential for the success of the position
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years of training and customer service experience
Pay card knowledge and roll-out experience
Relationship manager, customer service manager, account manager, or payroll manager experience preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take initiative to identify and correct customer concerns and contact necessary individuals
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
