Accounts Payable Specialist
Our national client, headquartered in Vancouver, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team! This is a great opportunity to work in a family-like atmosphere, where integrity and teamwork are valued.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to occasionally commute to offices in Vancouver, Washington.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

Perform data entry to update records and accounts.

Review AP transactions for accuracy.

Prepare reconciliations.

Review and maintain aging reports.

Additional projects and duties as requested.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications

2+ years of high-volume, hands-on AP experience; public company experience a plus.

Knowledge of GAAP and accounting processes including reconciliations.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field preferred.

Proficient with ERP systems (GP Dynamics preferred) with strong Excel skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task/prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $20-$25/hr. (DOE)
