Aha! Business Configuration Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aha! Business Configuration Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the Aha! platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in configuring and customizing Aha! to align with our client's organization's strategies, goals, and initiatives, and to generate insightful reporting and dashboards.
This role is fully remote.
Aha! Business Configuration Specialist Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business strategies, goals, and initiatives.
Translate business requirements into Aha! configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Configure Aha! to support product management workflows, including setting up releases, features, ideas, and initiatives.
Develop custom reporting and dashboards within the Aha! platform to track key performance indicators (KPIs), progress against goals, and other relevant metrics.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on utilizing Aha! effectively, including best practices for configuration and customization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Aha! with other tools and systems as needed.
Stay informed about updates and new features in the Aha! platform and assess their potential impact on our organization's processes and workflows.
Train users on how to use Aha! effectively for product management and reporting purposes.
Aha! Business Configuration Specialist Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience working with the Aha! platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
Background in product management or a related field, with a solid understanding of product development lifecycles and methodologies.
Experience configuring and customizing software platforms, preferably in a no-code environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable configurations and reports.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with relational databases is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: $55-$65/hr. (DOE)
