The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care. GENERAL FUNCTION The Digital Marketing & Insights Analyst is integral to our goal of growing online sales for our portfolio via our e-retail and omnichannel wholesale partners. Assists the Sr. Manager in managing the performance marketing strategy for key Pure Play and Omnichannel customers (Amazon.com), and providing analysis to stakeholders to make fact-based decisions. The Analyst will strive to deepen our understanding of the wholesale eCommerce landscape, marketplace dynamics and trends in purchase behaviors. The role will be responsible for the assessment of marketing activities within the digital space informing the content development/creation, marketing investments and strategies for our brands on Amazon and other retailers. Major Duties And Responsibilities DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Assist in planning, management, and reporting on performance marketing campaigns, in collaboration with agency and Amazon Advertising
  • Support testing, reporting and optimization on paid media and co-op marketing to identify key levers and opportunities to grow online wholesale business
  • Monitor eCommerce budget, ensuring alignment across sources. Contribute to evaluating performance, tracking spend, and reallocating based on performance and ROI
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
  • Leverage digital research platforms (e.g. Stackline, Google, etc.) to conduct analyses to translate data into actionable insights
  • Create recommendations based on data to support problem statements and current state measurement (e.g. market-share analysis, analysis of brand / product potential with a retailer, etc)
  • Identify eCommerce trends and highlight key insights to inform of storylines to drive actionable insights
  • Generate and compile performance marketing results in to monthly and quarterly data reports for internal and external business reviews
STRATEGY
  • Support in creating long-term growth strategy for performance marketing with wholesale partners
  • Recommend and contribute to analytical frameworks for assessing strategic initiatives (e.g., ROI, incremental growth)
  • Contribute to understanding the marketing and sales relationship, and how marketing strategy can develop to support sales initiatives
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Manage asset flow between brands and Amazon and ensure timely updates of both marketing and product page/brand store assets
  • Manage marketing calendar with brand for campaigns, investment priorities, and asset requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand, Product and Sales teams to consistently stay apprised of product lifecycle that will inform our paid search and media strategy
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce strategy, business intelligence, or digital marketing/analytics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and marketing savvy thinker capable of building compelling stories
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in digital marketing, eCommerce
  • CPG, retail or eCommerce experience
  • Knowledge of marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Pay Range: 70,694.72 - 107,515.03 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
