Work Location: New York preferred
Work Arrangement: A combination of in-office and remote-working in accordance with Right
To Play’s work arrangement and the operational needs of the
department
Authorized to Work in: US (Eligible to work legally without requiring sponsorship or work permit)
Target Hiring Range: 56,000 –60,000 USD per annum
Target Start Date: Immediately
Contract Duration: Permanent/Full-time

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive fundraiser to join our team! Right To Play's team includes 7 staff
members in the US, who are part of a broader network of global colleagues. The Development Associate
(DA) will join the US National Office (USNO), a small but growing cohort whose collective objective is to raise
awareness and critical resources for our country teams – primarily in fundraising, communications, and
partnerships – as Right To Play expands its work.
The DA will collaborate with fellow development team colleagues to support and/or manage systems that
support our fundraising strategy. Your responsibilities will include, managing donor inquiries, providing
operational support, maintaining donor information, conducting research, assisting with third party and
community level events, coordinating with team members and contributing to various projects as needed. The
ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
