QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AREA SALON MANAGER

• 5+ years of management experience in the beauty industry
• Capability of traveling approximately 80% of the time
• A flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service including, understanding the guest's needs, providing quality consultations, resolving issues, and performing services requested efficiently and professionally
• Proficiency in handling administrative responsibilities, including managing schedules, processing transactions via computerized registers, conducting close-out procedures, and overseeing light housekeeping tasks
• Previous experience in banking procedures, salon inventory management, and facilitating staff meetings
• Demonstrated adept leadership skills that nurture team growth within a positive workplace atmosphere while guiding both business and technical competencies

YOUR DAY AS AN AREA SALON MANAGER

This full-time manager position is remote expect to travel about 80-85 percent of the time.

As an Area Salon Manager, you exemplify YSG values like relationships, resourcefulness, and impact. You recruit and train salon teams while overseeing production processes and inventory management. Additionally, you gather social media content and ensure accurate payroll and operational reporting. Your role demands proactive involvement in company and regional meetings, guaranteeing that market employees are administratively onboarded correctly.
