The Role
Reporting directly to the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer’s primary responsibilities are to develop strategies, design implementation plans and oversee execution of the following:
+ Capital structure composition along with requisite global debt and equity transactions
+ Debt Compliance and Liquidity Forecast for each debt silos
+ Rating agency communications
+ Relationship bank management
+ M&A due diligence
+ Interest Rate Management
The Main Responsibilities
+ Develops and executes financing strategies for the Corporation in the capital markets (public debt issues, equity and equity-linked offerings, securitization, credit line facilities).
+ Analyze forecasts and develop plans to determine the amount and appropriate mix of financing to meet domestic and international cash requirements.
+ Work in collaboration with the Tax Department to assist in the development and execution of tax-treasury related initiatives that improve company’s profitability.
+ Oversee development of semi-annual rating agency materials and ongoing communications with the rating agencies, advocating company credit strength.
+ Manage foreign exchange exposures and back-office trading support for foreign exchange and interest rate hedging.
+ Manage the treasury policies, controls and SOX Compliance.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions throughout the world, and ensure that the corporation receives the most favorable terms for financing and banking services.
What We Look For in a Candidate
+ 10+ years of Treasury/Finance experience and possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
+ An MBA is preferred.
+ Supervisory experience within a high yield public company is preferred.
+ This individual must possess an ability to rationalize business needs with the Company’s strategic goals and communicate with business unit management.
+ Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and bring automation into the different process.
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

$176,400 – $235,200in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$185,220 – $246,960in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$194,040 – $258,720in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
