Job Description



Purpose: Oversee and lead the development and implementation of cross-brand HCP marketing strategies and tactics for Anti-Infective portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders to build, manage and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients’, market and financial results.

· Identify and pursue cross-brand HCP tactical opportunities to drive total Anti-Infective portfolio growth

· Diagnose obstacles to brand growth and work collaboratively to provide solutions

· Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process

· Develop and manage marketing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

· Lead and manage direct teams

· Create a highly collaborative and effective cross-functional marketing team that strives for flawless execution deliver business results

· Lead agency partners in the develop and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to drive brand growth

· Stay updated on the latest developments in the AI treatment landscape and ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the evolving market dynamics

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

Qualifications



· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills

· Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred

· Experience working with, and/or managing, outside vendors

· Strong understanding of budget management

· Current working knowledge of the pharmaceutical Legal, Medical, Regulatory review process

· Excellent working knowledge and experience with marketing strategy and product positioning

· Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with commercial and non-commercial teams and flawlessly execute tactics
