Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred from a recognized college or university. Minimum of five years relevant management experience with a proven track record of fundraising experience preferably during a capital campaign.Candidate must be a proven leader and strategic thinker with vision and a demonstrated commitment to Shenandoah’s mission.Excellent leader and team builder with top-notch planning and organizational skills is a must.Experience in higher education leading employees and managing budgets is preferred.
