Title: Bilingual Membership Seller
Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid
Compensation: $45k + bonus
Overview:
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Bilingual Seller in the wholesale produce industry. The ideal candidate for this position excels in communication and active listening to assist with customer needs.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Membership Seller:
- Identify and pursue prospective members to sell the company’s subscription service
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to stay current with marketing changes, promotions, and technology innovations
- Achieve sales targets through phone and in-person sales and address service inquiries and features
Requirements of the Bilingual Seller:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bilingual – English & Spanish required
- 1-2 years of sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or wholesale a plus (not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
