Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: $45k + bonus

Overview:

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Bilingual Seller in the wholesale produce industry. The ideal candidate for this position excels in communication and active listening to assist with customer needs. 

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Membership Seller:

• Identify and pursue prospective members to sell the company’s subscription service
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to stay current with marketing changes, promotions, and technology innovations
• Achieve sales targets through phone and in-person sales and address service inquiries and features

Requirements of the Bilingual Seller: 

• Bachelor's degree required
• Bilingual – English & Spanish required
• 1-2 years of sales and negotiation skills
• Driven and adaptable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or wholesale a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
