Brand Marketing Consultant

Our personalized approach to brand recognition helps clients connect directly with consumers through merchandising, sales, direct advertising, promotions, lead generation, and special events. We operate within local markets and businesses, including major retail locations globally.

As a Brand Marketing Consultant, you will bring your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn to our retail marketing division and client acquisitions team. You will assist in developing and executing our company’s overall marketing plan, gaining invaluable experience in the process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute retail merchandising and promotional marketing/advertising plans to company standards.
• Participate in product/service/brand knowledge training provided to on-site promotions and sales teams.
• Implement merchandise presentation directives and standards for each client’s customized retail or client acquisition field campaign.
• Assist customers with inquiries about featured client products/services during marketing and client acquisition promotions.
• Learn and apply marketing and branding strategies for all new clients to develop customized marketing and sales strategies for promotions.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service to boost productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Build knowledge of marketing systems used during each client promotion/field campaign.
• Provide administrative support to the sales promotions & event manager and the marketing & client acquisition manager as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, events, or retail is an asset. Internship and previous entry-level experience are also considered.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule.
• Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
