Responsibilities: We are looking for someone with strong presentation skills. We expect you to be able to professionally present our unique value proposition convincingly, and not shy away from asking for a commitment. Success will be measured in the number of clients and the number of times you or the company are asked to respond to a disaster, where Concraft’s services are needed. While many people may possess the necessary sales skills, we will only consider those who align with our core values. • Identify new opportunities for Concraft through discovery/probe meetings
• Continually develop existing relationships with clients
• Serve as a liaison between the client and our organization
• Plan for and achieve sales targets
• Daily CRM updates
• Work as a team with other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Persistent while being respectful, able to have hard conversations and push back where appropriate while delivering constructive feedback
• Social and pleasant and able to build relationships quickly and in various environments with people at all career levels
• Strategic and organized; you approach your sales with a defined strategy and goal in mind and always understand where you are in the sales process with your prospects/clients
• Winner attitude, you always strive to be the best at whatever you choose to do
• Previous commercial business development experience
